WOOOOW! The next episode in Smallville is coming on Saturday. This episode it titled "Patriot" and is a sure action-packed episode. In this episode, In an effort to protect the rest of the team, Oliver decides to register for the Vigilante Registration Act to see what the government plans to do with the new law. As he suspected, it was a trap to lure superheroes to an undisclosed location where he is confined to a jail and subjected to a battery of brutal tests under the supervision of Col. Slade. The series follows the adventures of Clark Kent (Tom Welling ), who resides in the fictionaltown of Smallville, Kansas, during the years before he becomes Superman . The first four seasons focused on Clark and his friends' high school years. Since season five, the show has ventured into more adult settings, eventually focusing on his career at the Daily Planet , as well as introducing other DC comic book superheroes and villains .

- Annette O'Toole was in the film Superman 3 as Lana Lang.
- In just about every scene, Clark wears the "Superman" colors, which are red, blue and yellow.
- Christopher Reeve played the film role of Superman. He also appeared in two episodes of Smallville as Dr. Swann. Actress Margot Kidder, who portrayed Lois Lane in the films, had a small role on Smallville.
- The institution, Belle Reve on Smallville is also the name of the prison in the DC comics.
